2. What Personal Data We Process

Depending on the type of service, we may process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data: first name, last name, title, date of birth
  • Contact data: email, phone, address
  • Company data: Company ID, VAT number, company name, statutory representative
  • Billing data: bank account, billing address
  • Communication data: email communication history, tickets, notes
  • Technical data: IP address, cookies, browser information (only on websites)

We process your personal data for the purpose of:

a) Performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) GDPR)

4. Data Retention Period

We process personal data for the period of:

  • Contract: for the duration of the contract and subsequently according to legal archiving obligations
  • Accounting documents: 10 years (Accounting Act)
  • Tax documents: 10 years (tax regulations)
  • Marketing: until consent is withdrawn, maximum 5 years
  • Web visits: 14 months (Google Analytics)

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

We may transfer your personal data to:

  • State authorities: Tax Office, Czech Social Security Administration, health insurance companies (only to the extent required by law)
  • Processors: Cloud hosting (Azure, AWS), accounting software (Money S3, Pohoda), communication tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
  • Banks and payment gateways: for payment processing

We have concluded a data processing agreement with each processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to data (Art. 15 GDPR) – you have the right to obtain information about what personal data we process
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) – you can request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) – the right to "be forgotten" (except for data we must process by law)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) – against processing based on legitimate interest
  • Right to withdraw consent – if processing is based on consent
  • Right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority – Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz)

We have adopted technical and organizational measures to secure personal data, in particular:

  • Data encryption during transmission (SSL/TLS)
  • Data encryption during storage
  • Regular data backups
  • Restricted access to data (role-based access control)
  • Regular security audits
